the hotel's location was excellent!!! it sits conveniently next to grand central station. this made accessing everything so easy. the room was also spacious, i was quite happy.
the christmas decorations were underwhelming. concierge services were outsourced. it should have been in the room already.

The location is excellent because it connects directly to the station. Many attractions are within walking distance. The room was nice. We had a room with a perfect view of a building right next door..
The hotel can feel a bit tricky to navigate when driving into town, but I was able to find parking nearby.

the location was convenient , right next to grand central terminal. this made transportation easy. the hotel also offered luggage storage , which was helpful for a small fee.
the bathroom could have been cleaner. i noticed dust in the room. the hotel gave me the wrong key initially , a concerning error.

The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff was attentive. The rooms were cleaned every day. I felt welcomed throughout my stay.
The room felt outdated. The toilet looked like it was from an old bar with a push and pull metal handle. The shower was nearly impossible to turn on. I had to pull the handle hard.
